Adirondack Mushrooms

This watercolor painting was made on location at the Everson Museum of Art 60/60 on June 19, 2015. I was one of 60 artists that had 60 minutes to create a piece of art. The art that everyone created was then raffled off as part of fundraiser for the Museum, so this painting went home with a patron that night. The completed watercolor painting measured approximately 10″ x 10″, and was inspired by a photograph that I had taken on a hiking trail in Lake Placid.
